Shipping Policy
In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties, we have set the following transportation policies. Please read and understand them carefully!
We promise free shipping for all orders, but we do not bear customs duties or other taxes of any country.
Order shipment
As soon as your product(s) ship from our warehouse, you will be sent an email with your tracking number. If your order is sent in multiple shipments, you will receive a tracking number for each shipment. Occasionally, even after an order has been placed, products will be oversold. If this happens, you will be notified that part, or all, of your order, cannot be fulfilled and has been canceled. You may also check your tracking number or order status by logging into your account. If you need additional information or cannot find your tracking number, please contact Order Support.
Order processing
Standard processing time once an order is placed is 2-3 business days.However, we do not rule out situations where order processing is delayed due to peak hours or other special reasons. Please understand and support us.
Unless otherwise specified, all orders will be shipped using our partner services, which usually takes 3-7 business days.International long-distance express transportation takes around 15-30 days.If you have special requirements, you will need to bear the shipping cost yourself.
Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other circumstances may impact delivery.
We is not responsible for lost or stolen packages which are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided during order checkout. Upon inquiry, We will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
If you have not received your delivery after 10 business days, please reach out to Our customer service staff and we can help you check on your order.
Cancelling and Modifying Orders
We aim to ship your order to you qucikly, so after orders have been placed we are unable to cancel or modify your order.
We makes every effort to keep items in stock. Occasionally, even after an order has been placed, products will be oversold. If this happens, you will be notified within 48 hours that part, or all, of your order cannot be fulfilled and has been cancelled. We apologize for this inconvenience. Since your card is not charged until your product has shipped, you will not be charged for your order and the authorization will drop according to your bank (2-3 business days but contact your bank for more information).
Partial Shipments
If you only recieved part of your order, please contact our customer service staff to get this resolved. If part of your order is unavailable, the remaining items will be shipped to you. Your account will only be charged for the shipped items.
Out of stock items
Our products are only available for sale on our website. If you are interested in specific out of stock products, please continue to regularly check the website and/or contact our customer service personnel to understand when the products will be launched.
Return and exchange of goods
Because we have borne the shipping cost of your order, you will bear the relevant costs for returns and exchanges, and we will no longer bear the corresponding costs for you. If the return is due to quality issues or defects in the product, please contact our customer service personnel. After verification, we will reimburse you for the relevant shipping costs you paid.
